Am a female married since 2018 Nov. We are highly incompatible and many fights happened then. Also, he had illegal affair once. I want a divorce and am sure about it. He is also willing to give, but both side parents are holding the issue. Whole marriage cost was spent by my parents. Also, I have got some things like mobile, dresses from husband's side. How to settle the money matter? I want a justified smooth divorce. Kindly your assistance.
