- Since you are unable to come to India for filing the said mutual divorce , then you can execute POA/SPA in favour of any relative or nearest one for filing the same before the court on your behalf . - That POA should be notarised as per rule of USA , and if possible , then attested the same from the consulate of India - However, at the time of second motion statement , your presence is mandatory before the court for getting decree of divorce.
