krunal if you dnt want to give divorce then you reamin sit for sometime.if she files a divorce case then there will be a less chance that you have to pay her.if you will file a divorce then court will ask you to pay the amnt to her.most propably she will file a mutual divorce or if she dsnt file mutal one then you deny in the court that i dnt want to give divorce she is only forcing fr it. it will be more safe for you.dnt wry court will listen both of you.
