My wife and I have some personal serious issues due which we both are not staying together from 2 years and we both are ready for a mutual divorce but we have 7years son who is currently staying with me. But my wife has one condition that she only gives me divorce if I gift deed my property to my son. This property was a gift deed by my parents to me. My father knows more and mother is staying with me. Please guide what should I do..?
