My husband left me in my relative's house for more than 3 months with no point of contact. When tried approaching him I have been blocked all over and was not allowed to enter the home. My husband is influenced by my mother-in-law. Even though my husband wanted to sort out the things and get back home initially when quarrel happened. But my MIL forced my husband to get me signed on a bond paper to enter the house. Initially, I denied signing the bond paper, later I agreed to sign the bond but she didn't want me to enter the house without my parents. When my family tried approaching them, none of them were allowed to speak to them over the phone or directly. My husband has been influenced and provoked in such a way that he wants to get divorced from me now. Right now I am staying with my parents. I was not allowed to speak or meet my husband for the last 3 months. Can this time period make my husband get divorced from me even if I am not agreeing for the divorce? I am not served notice

Dear madam you have right to file following cases against your husband. 1- First Information Report under 497a*Phone*of IPC. 2- Complaint under Domestic Violence act. 3- Criminal case under 125 Cr.P.C. if husband file divorce against you. You should have contest the same.
