My brother is married and they don't have children since the last 10 years. Brother doesn't wish to continue with her marriage and doesn't wish to have a child too with his wife. We had tried several methods to get them to understand but fails. His wife is making false allegations of getting my parents charged. My brother lost love as his wife is older than him and was hidden during the marriage. Now his wife is looking for a child by his husband and he is not living with his wife although he is giving money for her livelihood.his wife is also doing a job. My parents are staying alone in their own home. What are the repurcasation my parents will have if any. Brother will file any false case and how it can be resolved. Whether my brother can take divorce

Dear client, Your brother can file divorce case from his side in court but her wife can file dowry complain against your brother and against all family members.

The option of divorce is always open to the Couple. Since in your case the situation is a bit different and it seems that there are very meagre chances of reunion. Anyone of them can go for Divorce.
