Your Marriage is Legal as per Law . But then if want Marriage Certificate . You should apply in Sub Registrar there you need to produce Arya Samaj Certificate along with Marriage Photographs , Marriage Invitation Card along with Two Witness with a requisite Fee . Your Marriage Certificate will be issued on same day .
