Marriage Trouble From Inlaws & Husband

My Husband does not run the home. He earns & spends on himself & others. Nor he ever helps me with any work like groceries or taking care of the baby. and tells me that it is the duty of a wife to do everything for the husband. He always abuses me and has raised hand on me a couple of times. Also, my father gave me 7 lac money during our marriage. and my inlaws have kept all my jewelry with them. And they say it theirs, not mine. I am working and trying to do all that I can do but still it all in vain. He even sais that he wants to murder me. I do not want to stay with him. and file a case against him. Also, my daughter is 1.5 yrs & he never ever took care of her. I am scared what if he asks for her custody. he has also never been to my hometown. not even once for marriage. We were married in his hometown.
