Indian Court not advanced to receive online Mutual Divorce. If you go the court compound then you will practically know the situations and working of courts. It is not so easy to get divorce.

first of all u can't file online. Both of u will have to come for filing the case well drafted by advocate and first motion will be on same day .Second motion will be after 6 month (this time can be waive off depends on court and conditions) after 2nd motion suit will be decreed
