Dear Dinesh To file an application for mutual divorce is the best way for speedy divorce proceeding. You have to move an application before the family court and court will give you 6 months period to file second motion of application after the expiry of the same period. This period can be waved off only in exceptional cases. After this court passes an order for divorce . For further details kindly contact me.
