i am about to file mutual divorce petition to family court . we got married 4 year's back and we are not living together last 3.5 year's and it seeme now the marriege tag is for namesake only . we both want to start a fresh in our lives after getting divorce . we don't have any claims or accusations on each other and wish to end this with good note . i want to know do we still have to wait for 6 months after petition ?
