Asked in Divorce
Dear Sir, Your advocate may file application for summoning salary details of your husband if you find out address of the employer of your husband. Please mark “LIKE” if satisfied by my answer.
Get an Application filed with the Court seeking directions from the court for submitting the adddress and business details it may work. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
1. once the notice has been served to the respondent (husband) and he appeared in the court, then his changing address will make no effect, 2. The Family/Trial Court can direct parties to furnish detailed affidavits regarding their income, expenditure, Assets, and liabilities in terms of direction laid by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in the case titled “Kusum Sharma Vs Mahinder Kumar Sharma” therefore, simply file an application to submit the affidavit is sufficient and he will be forced to submit all financial detail in an EXACT manner.
as you are saying his advocate appearing in that case court will give directions for providing details if they concealed then provide proof for action against them
you can obtain such type of information by writing directly to MD or any other authority of private organisations because even RTI act is not applicable on private organisations..
Dear client, Anyhow you have to detect the address of your husband and you have to obtain salary details of your husband
