    This is Matrimonial issue which can be settled even in Mediation proceedings and then mutual consent divorce through GPA holder, can be filed in INDIA because your wife is residing in INDIA. You may take further advice though video conferencing. Thanks.

    Dear Sir, You may try to file by giving Special Power of Attorney to summon in India saying that you will come to India at the time of adducing evidence.
