I have a case filed under HMA 13 and annulment 12 1 c. It's been more than 2 years since case filed and separation, the other party hasn't ever attended any hearing till date. Plus as per my advocate service has been done several times for summons, notices via all routes but no report received back which makes me skeptical. Also ex-parte not getting initiated. I don't know why. In fact, other party is aware of the case I do get texts from their side asking to dismiss the case but they're deliberately avoiding notices, summons. Also how much a service ordered by the court will cost and why the court is not moving forward after so many service attempts and so many costs incurred by me. It is really frustrating as I can't afford so much expense with no result. How to obtain a court order copy. Case file

Ask your lawyer to find the way for getting the service effected in person or get a proclamation by way of publication it will solve the matter. Because after publication the court passes an ex parte Order.
