I was married according to Christian customer and now i am divorced legally , Can i marry a girl who is separated but not legally divorced. she is living separate from her husband since 2017 and no kid she has , divorce case is being filed for which her Ex - husband is not participating . First marriages of both took place in church but not registered. Can we do register marriage now only with my decree.

Dear Sir, Without divorce your married girl friend cannot marry you. Ask her to get divorce from her husband even though marriage is not registered.
