Solve My Query

My husband has filed divorce on the grounds of cruelty. At present, Counseling in the mediation center is going on. During Counseling session, husband said that he will not return my streedhan until and unless I agreed for Mutual Consent Divorce. I want to continue my marriage with him and do not want divorce. My lawyer asked me to register FIR and file 406 case against him to get my stridhan back. But the problem is that I have only photographs and bills of my stridhan, however I do not have any proof that my stridhan is lying under his possession. My lawyer said that we need to get search warrant from court to recover my stridhan from the premises of his house.. But during counseling session, my husband told me that he had moved and kept my stridhan in someone else home. I do not know in whose home he had hidden my stridhan. So even if I get search warrant to search my husband house, Police would not be able to find anything in his home as he has already moved my stridhan in some another person home. He told me that he will return my streedhan only if I agreed for MCD and before signing the papers he will bring my stridhan in mediation center of court for verification purpose only. The purpose of verification of stridhan is for that it is not tear apart or manipulated. I want to ask one question from expert lawyers that 1) Is it possible to get a search warrant to seize my stridhan from the premises of the mediation center of court at the time my husband brings it there for verification purpose... 2) If yes, what steps should I take so that the Court would not give any kind of notice or summon to my husband about the search warrant. (because in that situation my husband would not bring my stridhan in medication center if he get to know about the search warrant) Please reply.. I am in urgent help
