At the time of divorce: 1. Whether the wedding gifts received by the husband from wife's parents a part of wife's streedhan? 2. Whether the wife can demand both the gifts received from her parents-in-law and their relatives as well the wedding gifts given by her parents to her husband? 3. If not can the husband refuse to return wedding gifts received from his wife's parents and return instead allow the wife to take the gifts given by him and his parents? 4. If the wife demands the gifts given by her parents to her husband, can the husband legally demand the gifts given by him and his parents to his wife? 5. Whether one can legally demand wedding gifts given or taken?
