I have filled divorce petition in Family court, which was allowed by family court in Jan, 2019. Wife moved to High court, later on 20th Dec, 2019 her appeal was dismissed by High court. Now I would like to ask below Question: 1) What is the time limit to file appeal in Supreme court of Inida after dismissed by High court. 2) What is the process to file appeal in supreme court when first appeal is dismissed by High court. 3) How much is the possiblity to amit the appeal in Supreme court, Does supreme court regularlly admit the appeal of divorce petition.
