Hi we both filed for mutual consent divorce on feb 12 th 2019 with some terms and conitions, Condition is we have flat with both names as per both families discussion before filling MCD the property has to be sale and divide the share equally . Once case filed they are refusing to sale and ignoring and making us to wait. Now i feel to cancell the MCD , so how can i go and proceed with this.

you could file memo before the court through your lawyer with the other side signature for the withdrawal of your MCD case.

You need not do anything.. Just non attending the court will automatically lapse the MCD
