Hi I am a working muslim woman based out in Delhi aged abt 40rs with 1 child of 10 yrs. I recently got to know that my husband is cheating on me with a hindu married woman. I have any proofs like his whats app chat screenshots, his hotel bookings etc. Now i am want to divorce him. We are married from last 14 yrs by way of Nikah only and never got our marriage registered. Can you let me know how to proceed on this and what hurdles he can create to not divorce him. Cant I get divorce on the mere reason that I no longer want to live with him irrespective of wheteher I will be able to proof in his adultery with proofs or not.
