About Fake FIR

Sir/ma'am I have started my project for education with my private Ltd. Company . In which I have to open four schools in a blocks. So I have started interviews for teacher before my registration. In which I have taken interview of 200 candidates with 100 rupees as a exam fee. But some peoples wants to do FIR Coz he didn't get my I'd card and they called police. I have taken notary from court with 20 days stay order. I have my DIN. How I can fight the case. Can I file Maanhani from my company on those people after coming my registration number .
