How To Change Biological Fathers Name From Documents

I am 19 years young. After my mom's second marriage now I want to change my biological father's name in my documents. I still haven't applied for any documents like Pan Card, Voter id, Passport, etc. I have only Aadhar card with my and my mark-sheets. I don't have my birth certificate too I born in village that's why I don't have. There is one situation also in my mom's divorce (my biological father always used to fight with my mother therefore at the age of 5 we used to stay with my nana nani mom's side my mothers also file a case in court for this to get her rights but that did not work. After more than 12 years my mother did a second marriage. Without divorce from my biological father. After knowing this my biological father file a case against this marriage. After this in 5 years of running a case, they get divorced from the court. Then after a few months, my new father and mom did court marriage from the court). Now please tell me how can I change my name in my documents?
