I Had Filed A Case U/s 451 Against A Person. Police Has Presented A Challan In Court. Opposite Party Has Appointed A Advocate For Defense. A.P.P. Is Handling My Case On Behalf Of State. I Have Also Appointed A Private Advocate For My Case. Now I Want To Argue Myself In Court To Present My Facts Before Court. But In Last Hearing Judge Of CJM Court Said To Me That Only APP Can Present The Facts Before Her And Not Me As It Is A State Vs Others Case. Do I Have No Right To Argue In Court In My Case .

Mr.Gupta, whenever your council is drafting his arguments you too make sure you have your points covered by having them in that draft. also, you ensure a very good rehearsal commences between you and your council so your points are covered in the actual hearing... wish you all the very best...have your very attitude alive, since believe me we need more minds like yours
