I signed some papers a few years back in court which was in the local language, which is not known to me. Now I want to know what I signed. Can I ask for the duplicate copies of the agreement through the RTI Act to that person who took me to the court or what else the process is there?

get a certified copy of the settlement from the court as it's always filed along with the court records.

If it is an official court document u can take certified copy on application and also under RTI Act but u need the particulars. If u don't know, literally not possible..
