sir i am fooled by a person and given forged transfer certificate which i submit to my college but very morning i submitted an original one to my college and i told college authorities to submit new one as i have doubt on previous one. It is 2 years before snd my verification cleared . Is this will cause any forgery charge on me if they submit forged tc to my college for verification ?

how could be transfer certificate will be a forged one. It will be obatined by you from the institution u studied last. although theres is no regular format for T.C. every school or institutions will keep the copy which was issued to you.
