What Is Stamp Duty& Registration Charges For A Gift Deed Of 1BHK Flat

I want to know what is Stamp Duty & Registration charges for a gift Deed of 1BHK flat area 580 sq.ft. also is there any Local Body Tax (1%) of flat Valuation applicable. I enquired about local office, they are charging 1% LBT. is it valid???, now after GST came into​exhistance, all other charges invalid
