Probation Period

I am an Ex-serviceman, I joined in State Government Job (Andhra Pradesh) as a sachivalayam staff under Ex-serviceman quota. In the Appointment letter, it is mentioned that I will be serving under a probation period for two years and they will pay Rs. 15,000 per month as an honorarium pay. On completion of two years, I will be paid as per basic pay. I joined 5 months before. If I get any opportunity under banking sector or some other Govt. Job, can I avail my Ex-serviceman quota. Am I eligible for an ex-serviceman quota for the enhancement of my career? because I am serving a probation period and receiving only honorarium pay. Please suggest, Am I eligible for ex-serviceman quota for other jobs if, I resign to this present low paid job. Thank you
