I am working as a Junior Engineer in a state PSU. I have got selected as Assistant Engineer in the UP irrigation department. As there was bond money of Rs 2 lakh, but problem is that I need to pay this amount to the state PSU but another guy who is working as an Assistant Engineer in the same department also got selected in the Irrigation department, He is exempted from bond money. There is an order passed by state PSU that if an Asst. Engineer gets selected as an Asst. Engineer in other up govt companies will not have to pay any bond. But for Junior Engineers there are no such orders. Previously no one has tried for this type of order for JE also as there were very few selections from JE to AE. Can I go to court for the above problem? If someone from the field can answer this question I will be thankful for you. And please suggest a lawyer which can do the needful.
