I want to open my family's HUF registered the partition dated the year 2000, wherein I was a minor and did not have knowledge about this partition. I was not a party to this partition even though I was alive. I want to make my mother a party to the suit. Can I do the same?

The Partition took palce in the year 2000 but when did you attain Majority so as to be in the stipulated period of limitations. Strictly keep in mind this. Yours is a hard case but You do have the option to seek the remedy. Implead all the parties carefully.
