the decree the official order, passed by the judge on the same day. it's always there in the court record and the parties can get a free copy of the same. since its been long your file must have been shifted to court's record room. you can seek any advocates help, he/she will help you get a CERTIFIED COPY of the decree sheet. it the judge's signature and court stamp, making it most authentic. wont even cost a 500 rs.
