I have a self-earned flat registered in my name and my husband's name. I allowed my parents to stay there as it's closer to my sister's place ( next door ). During pregnancy and childbirth, I stayed with my parents in my flat. My father had been harassing my mother and us for years. It has increased in the recent past. The verbal abuse of my father is affecting me, my mother and my child's health. I wish to send him out of my house. But he is not moving out and asking me to get out. How do I evict my father out of my house?
