Marriage Cancellation

One of my friend's Sister. she ran away from home with a guy and got married at arya samaj in rajasthan. Later after 3 days girl returnd home and said I dont want to live with the guy. now the boy went to commissionerate and in front of DCP the girl said i dont want this marrige and dont want to live with the boy. the boy again went to family court and alleging family that they are not letting my wife to meet. but girl want to get out to this thing. she dont want all this court case and all. what is the best approch for the girl.
