My Lawyer Has Told In The Open Court Without My Instruction

My previous lawyer has told orally in the open court without my instruction that I'm will shift to "ground floor house of my husband and my husband will reside in first floor" with out my instruction but mine is conjugal rights case and I like to reside with my husband so I don't like staying away from my husband but when I'm not there at the court he has made this oral submission so it's ordered in the same way. As ground floor house isn't maintained properly so no one can live in that house and more over I can't agree for that as it leads to judicial seperation. So I requested with my lawyer for putting an modification order for staying in first floor house as it leads to judicial seperation bit he has given NOC so I've put an affidavit and I.A in party in person for residing in first floor house with my husband and in-laws & written in my I.A as I didn't told my previous lawyer about shifting to ground floor but I like to know how this case will proceed as my previous lawyer has told in open court without my instruction.
