If a female is married to a man without her knowing the medical history of the man that he had many surgeries since birth. The man had another surgery after 6 years of marriage and this time surgery left the man physically challenged. Can the female after 20 years of marriage as of 2020 claim property share and security for the future of two children from her father in law. (In case she's unfortunate to maintain good terms with the in-laws)

definitely she should claim for the property.and she should keep a point that no one at the time of marriage cleared that he is having such type of problem and health issues.
