Insurance Claim Related

Hello, my name is RISHAV ANAND I am from khagaria bihar my father had bought a pulsar motorcycle in year 2013 so rc at his name and in year 2015 he just passed away after his death all his property is mine including his bike too because I am the only son of my father last year I just issued a policy of that bike through online portal bajaj allianz at my name(I am policyholder) now one month ago that bike was stolen now insurance company says me that I am not eligible to get the claim since rc is still at your father's name suggests me can I go consumer court? If I can then procedure will?
