My Motor Insurance Company Send Me Repudition Letter

I met with an accident and my car insurance company(Royal Sundaram) refused to pay my claim BECAUSE OF THE reason no claim bonus availed in the current policy but there is a claim reported on the previous policy since I made insurance through policy bazar.com and didn't know about this NCB. is there any chance to fight legally. since the car is in my mother's name and she has 2 sons working abroad due to miscommunication NCB availed while taking policy online.and also they didn't intimate me through email or by post after issuing my policy that I am not eligible for NCB and only I went to apply for my claim they found and rejected my claim.policy took on september and met with an accident on march almost after six months when I met with an accident while applying for claim they said I availed NCB so they cannot entertain my claim due to misinterpretation of facts
