This is on behalf of my Mom I am 71 years old Women from mysore, my grandfather had purchased property in 1909 from Trust which is of 7*15 -40*33(1425 Sq Ft). My Grand father had passed away in 1915, we had taken injection case filed in 1983,but the case was dismissed after 20 years, now we see they are constructing building in the property. They have constructed convention hall (partial land which is ours) in our property and now they are building further more. We have the property document on the land purchase made by my grand father, could you please provide us the expert advise on this case.

If your Grandfather purchased a Property there would be some Document . If the property paper are doubtful then you people should have filed a Declaration suit , not Injunction suit. For further detail contact me. you can chevk my profile for details.
