You need to find out where the Registrar of Societies situated in your Town . you need to have Articles and Memorandum of Association . prepare it have One General body meeting Record it Managing Committe to be formed with President , Vice President Secretary and a Treasurer as Office Bearers Managing Committe should have odd numbers either 7 or 9 or 11 members .
