Actually I worked with a private limited IT company in Bangalore a registered startup with 30 people. I served my notice period for 2 months but its salary is held by the company. Now its been 4 months even after several mails company is not replying for full and final settlement. How to get my notice period salary back from the company. Also, I have some bonus left with the company which the company denied paying.
