Sir i resigned my job from psu on personal grounds by giving 10 days notice with clearly mentioning that the 10 th day will be my last day in the organisation and i am ready to clear all dues and then after 10th day i left. then i joined another govt job, now after one year still my resign has not been accepted in psu and now they give me letter for clearing my due and submit notice period salary. now i want to join the old psu job back, is it possible? the psu didn't communicated with me in this one year regarding my absence, then will this be treated as unauthorized absence? can i join the old psu again with or without service break, plz help me.

Legally it is tough.. U file a writ petition before high court, challenging the order sent to you. In the court try to convince and court may take sympathetical view and might give direction to reinstate you . Ur past 1yr will be treated as unauthorized absence and u may be imposed with some penality with cumulative effect.. Engage a senior lawyer, and he can make this possible..
