I am working for one of the reputed organization as people specialists, back back in February 2020 company has announced its strategic decision to outsource us to outsourcing partner companies. I have voluntarily looked for a job and this is purely because my company has chosen to outsource, am I eligible to ask for a severance? If yes please advise how to proceed? If the company is denying how to proceed?

Approach the Labour Commissioner who will help re-concile this matter with the company. If no solution is reached, the Commissioner will hand over the matter to the Court..
