The police is under an obligation to give you 41A notice. If you keep complying then in practice police does not arrest. Also depends on the Investigating Officer. It is suggested that one should get anticipatory bail just to avoid any hassle.

Dont worry, hire a good lawyer and file for anticipatory bail, you will easily get it as during lockdown no one is going behind the bars as per guidelines. Still, a good lawyer will take good grounds for bail as per facts of the case which will ultimately help you in long run i.e trial

Dear Sir, It is better to get anticipatory bail to avoid unnecessary calls from the police and always they may threaten that you will be arrested. For anticipatory bail your presence is not necessary and even in this lock down period it can be obtained from High Court.
