APPEAL FOR - DISPOSED DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASE WITH MAINTENANCE

My wife filed a case against me under Domestic violence act, which family court disposed off with below reasons, 1. Failed to examine any independent witness to prove domestic violence. 2. Failed to examine any said panchayat members & written statement. 3. Absence of any independent corroboration the version of petitioner. 4. Failed to place any record, any bill or any other document qua any Istridhan. 5. No proof of given cash or gold by her mother claimed as dowry. But court has put maintenance for her 5000 pm for monthly expense, 3000 pm for arranging alternative accommodation, 2500 for each (twin kids) total 13000, which is not at all possible for me to provide, as we do not have our own house we are living in rented house, my aged parents are also my responsibility, am only son of my parents, I am working in Abu Dhabi & I also have my own expense for living. I want to appeal for it now in session court, if any professional lawyer can advise proper way and direction to make my appeal stronger.
