one more thing Court marriage is different from marriage registration.
you should have residential proof of either spouse, where you intend to get your marriage registered. it can be any Temple and certificate from priest of that Temple that both of you have solemined marriage as per Hindu Rites and ceremonies. along with marriage Photographs and blood relatives of boths spouses as witnesses. at some places blood relative are not necessary as witnesses.
get wed in arya samaj and register your marriage in sub registrar either Bangalore or Kolkata
you can either register your marriage at Bangalore or Kolkata, and not elsewhere.
