To do court marriage u have to first show your Arya samaj certificate and proofs of identity of both the parties... it can be done in any of the SDM Ofc which comes in your jurisdiction... Take the proof of identification of both the parties with the Arya Samaj marriage proof and take the time from the window... they will charge the certain fee and will give u time take your witnesses with their I'd proofs... but remember the same witness should go those who have signed in your Arya samaj certificate also...
