madam if the boy is above 21 years and girl is above 18 years then you both can get married without the consent of anyone, instead you have right to choose your life partner, further you have to have age proof, residential proof , photos, and 3 witnesses who can be your friends, firstly you have to file an application along with these documents and after 30 days you both have to again attend the registrar office on which date the marriage certificate will be issued as on that day the formalities are complete, further if both of you are hindu then you both can get married in any temple and it can be registered same day and certificate can also be got the same day without waiting for 30 days.
