you need to approach high court for quashing case u/s 498 and the same has to be mentioned in the petition of ist motion that wife will cooperate to quash the same in highj court. it is advisable that quashing petition be filed prior to iind motion.

One affidavit can be used in all the cases stating about the settlement of the matter between the parties and that all cases stand withdrawn.

no need to give anything to anyone.. just file 1st motion as soon as possible further orally submit in other cases that the matter is settled between both of you as after the 1st motion wife will withdraw all her cases so no need to file anything

shows the written compromise to police officer for further processing in investigation.because police is only investigation agency.
