Srilekha , as on today we have no provision for online Divirce. You need to Contact any Advocate for the same. My Advise is Contact this Forum . We have large Numbers of Advocates enlisted here in almost all over India.
There is absolutely no bar for you to conduct the Proceedings yourself in person. Here, though you have not mentioned as to by which law you and your community is being governed. But presuming you to be a practising Hindu. I may endeacour to add that Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act is the complete self contained law for annulment of Marriage. No doubt you can contest your Divorce Petition yourself. But as regards the Pleadings, procedure and process it may be an impediment for you as you have to be accosted with a professional.
