There is absolutely no bar for you to conduct the Proceedings yourself in person. Here, though you have not mentioned as to by which law you and your community is being governed. But presuming you to be a practising Hindu. I may endeacour to add that Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act is the complete self contained law for annulment of Marriage. No doubt you can contest your Divorce Petition yourself. But as regards the Pleadings, procedure and process it may be an impediment for you as you have to be accosted with a professional. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
