Divorce Query

I have a sister who got married like 6-7 years ago. They do not have kids yet. When questioned, she confronted that he isn't happy with him as he doesn't have any feelings for her and is not sexually active, which had bee the reason whole time for not making kids. And now that he's jobless and out of money. She stated that he's requesting her for divorce. What can be done here . We spent around 30-40lakhs for her marriage and dowry, it's so disappointing to know that he isn't capable of making love and ensuring she's happy. What are our options now .
