1) If she died within 7 years of marriage by suicide.. then there is a legal presumption that her suicide is abetted by Husband and inlaws 2) FIR (or alteration) will be lodged upon the complaint from her parents. and against those person they specify 3) Later chargesheet will be lodged against those person against whom witness are available..

This is my response to you: 1. All the inlaws will be held accountable; 2. This will be subject to the penal provisions filed against the inlaws; 3. If there are witnesses then those people against who the witness gives a statement, then those in laws will be specifically be charged.
